Assist Managing Directors with discovery, settlement support, and the preparation of expert reports, declarations, and trial exhibits
Support deposition and trial preparation, including review and rebuttal of opposing experts' analyses
Conduct research on accounting standards, industry practices, and case-specific issues, including through the use of AI-enabled research tools
Collaborate with colleagues in the firm's broader Transaction Advisory and Financial Reporting practices where their expertise can strengthen a matter
Manage multiple assignments for Managing Directors in different cities, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Provide timely status updates and anticipate follow-up needs in a remote environment
