We9re currently looking for a Managing Director or Partner - Construction Forensic Accounting & Expert Services to join our Forensics, Valuation & Litigation Support (FVLS) team. What You9ll Do
As a senior leader, you will expand DLA9s capabilities in construction-related forensic accounting and litigation support. Your day-to-day may include:
Leading forensic accounting investigations involving embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, double billing, improper cost allocations, and non-compliance with construction contracts
Analyzing construction financial records, cost reports, change orders, pay applications, and supporting documentation to identify irregularities and quantify damages
Providing expert testimony in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Preparing expert reports, rebuttals, financial analyses, and demonstratives that withstand cross-examination
Advising attorneys, owners, contractors, and insurers on complex financial and contract-related issues
Developing and executing strategic growth plans for the FVLS practice
Building new client relationships and deepening existing ones to generate business opportunities
Mentoring and developing junior professionals and contributing to overall practice development
