Job Description
As a Senior Associate II at Curinos you will take on real responsibility and be exposed to a diverse set of teams that collaborate to deliver our decision solutions to clients. You will work across different subject areas and functional domains, leveraging a well-rounded skillset to drive high impact analysis and strategic advice for customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate II, Commercial within our Advisory Department, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Identify the scope and oversee projects of varying degrees and complexity including managing teams of consultants
  • Anchor key client projects by providing day-to-day client interaction at a senior level
  • Design analytic models and provide guidance to project team members to build such models
  • Develop insights and findings from a variety of models and analytics; craft strategic stories to be presented to client executives
  • Develop, train and mentor junior staff members to be capable successors in the practice
  • Support the business development efforts of the senior Managing Directors and Principals by assisting with proposal and contract writing
  • Support the development of one or more streams of intellectual capital and methodology development within the division
  • Write and contribute to the publishing of articles and reports that position and establish the firm as a thought leader

Required Skill & Expertise:

Candidates should have the following background, skills and characteristics:
  • 2-3 years experience as a management consultant, preferably in either a major strategy firm; or 2+ years in retail or commercial banking, brokerage, wealth management, or consumer lending in an internal consulting strategy capacity
  • Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to structure complex analytical models utilizing large data sets. Proficiency in SQL, familiarity and experience with regression modeling including familiarity with VBA.
  • Strong presentations skills including experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, and meet tight client deadlines
  • Experience developing and training staff in core consulting project management capabilities
  • Strong English verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective story telling and logical presentation
  • Willingness to travel including ability to travel to the US
Bachelors degree required in mathematics, quantitative finance, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field; masters or MBA preferred
