Job Summary

Responsible for providing analytics, reporting, and operational insights for the Refrigeration Temperature Monitoring (RTM) program. Serves as a subject matter expert for RTM performance, monitoring temperature alerts, refrigeration trends, and work orders generated from temperature-related events. Analyzes program data to identify opportunities for improved response, equipment reliability, and proactive maintenance while developing dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into performance and support operational decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Performs complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data under limited supervision. Develops recommendations for review of lead/ and/or management.
  • Tracks, monitors and measures the benefit of implemented solutions for complex issues, applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a wide range of issues. Acts as a subject matter expert with a full understanding of the area of specialization. Performs gap analysis and cost benefit analysis where indicated.
  • Communicates risks to leadership with proposed plans for mitigation. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Computes metrics involving complex issues.
  • Develops, analyzes and disseminates complex reports.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Resolves complex issues.
  • Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Recommends streamlined processes and process improvements to more leadership. Assists in driving change as needed.
  • Provides guidance and feedback to other team members.

External Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in a facility maintenance or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a facility maintenance or business role.
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in business operations or Facilities program management or a high school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, retail operations, refrigeration systems, asset management, or IoT/sensor monitoring environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business partners and communicating insights to various levels of leadership.
  • Experience in analytics, operations, facilities maintenance, asset management, compliance reporting, or business performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, facilities maintenance operations, temperature monitoring technologies, or work order management processes.
  • Experience performing trend analysis, predictive analytics, and KPI performance reporting.
