BryceTech is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to provide acquisition management and program support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, California. The Senior Acquisition Program Analyst will support the Government's "Engine Room" and Strategy Cell by analyzing acquisition and program information, coordinating actions across stakeholders, supporting program execution, and developing decision-quality products for Government leadership. The position will work across functional and organizational boundaries to help identify issues, assess impacts, track actions, and support timely execution of acquisition priorities.
Responsibilities
Provide acquisition management and program analysis support for complex DoD space programs
Support the Government's Engine Room and Strategy Cell in coordinating acquisition activities, priorities, taskers, and program actions
Analyze acquisition, programmatic, financial, schedule, performance, and requirements information to identify trends, issues, risks, and potential impacts
Research and synthesize large amounts of information into concise summaries, briefings, reports, and other decision-support products
Track and coordinate workflow taskers, suspense dates, action items, and deliverables across Government organizations and mission partners
Support acquisition planning, program execution, requirements development, and cross-functional coordination
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and mission partners to obtain information, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with program objectives
Prepare and review acquisition documentation, correspondence, briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and executive-level decision materials
Support the development of recommendations and courses of action by evaluating program information, identifying potential solutions, and assessing associated impacts
Assist with monitoring program cost, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, and requirements activities
Support senior Government leadership with timely analysis, status updates, and decision-quality information
Utilize Government acquisition, cost, requirements, reporting, and task-management systems to support program activities
Perform other acquisition management and program analysis duties as required to support the mission
Qualifications
Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a related field
20+ years of relevant experience supporting acquisition, program management, business management, or operations activities, preferably within the DoD or space domain
PMT 4010 Certificate (or predecessor course), demonstrating qualification to support DoD ACAT I and II acquisition programs
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the mission-critical aspects of space launch, ground, and sustainment programs
Experience analyzing and synthesizing complex program or acquisition information and communicating findings to Government stakeholders
Experience coordinating taskers, action items, deliverables, and suspense requirements across multiple organizations
Experience developing briefings, reports, spreadsheets, executive summaries, and other acquisition or program management products
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with DoD acquisition, cost, requirements, and reporting systems and processes
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively using appropriate DoD and Space Force acquisition terminology
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify issues, assess impacts, and develop actionable recommendations
