The Opportunity:We're looking for someone who wants to move beyond transactional recruiting and become a true talent partner to the business, leveraging technology, market intelligence, and strategic sourcing to influence workforce decisions and build diverse, high-performing teams for the future.
This is more than a recruiting role, it's an opportunity to serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR teams to shape talent strategies, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and the ability to proactively identify and engage talent using market intelligence, strategic sourcing, and emerging technologies. You will leverage tools such as AI-enabled recruiting solutions, LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom, to build pipelines, solve complex hiring challenges, and create long-term talent strategies that support business growth.
Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic talent partner, providing consultative guidance to leaders on hiring strategies, workforce planning, market trends, and talent availability.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for priority, complex, and hard-to-fill roles while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through talent mapping, networking, referrals, social sourcing, and technology-enabled search strategies.
- Leverage AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, and talent intelligence tools to identify, engage, and attract top talent before hiring needs arise.
- Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and talent analytics to influence hiring decisions, mitigate risk, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, define role requirements, and develop innovative solutions to talent challenges.
- Champion continuous improvement and embrace new technologies and recruiting practices that enhance speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Qualifications: - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across complex and/or high-volume portfolios.
- Strong consulting and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility with business leaders.
- Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Experience using data, market intelligence, and recruiting technologies to drive hiring decisions and talent strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within financial services, or other highly regulated industries, is an asset.
- Experience with Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting tools is preferred.
When you join our team: - We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
- We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
- As part of our global team, we'll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
