Senior Accountant

Based in Vancouver, you will strengthen the financial operations supporting our Software Solutions business across the Americas. Working across Canadian and US operations, multiple entities, currencies and business models, you will solve complex accounting issues, improve controls and modernise finance processes. The breadth of exposure, partnership with regional and Group stakeholders, and opportunity to guide junior colleagues will help you build the commercial and leadership capability relevant to future finance leadership roles.

·     Strengthen the accuracy, control and reliability of regional financial operations.

·     Turn complex financial information into insight that supports better decisions.

·     Influence scalable processes across record-to-report, revenue, payables and inventory.

·     Advance practical applications of AI, automation and standardisation in finance.

·     Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

·     Grow your leadership profile by coaching colleagues and acting as a senior escalation point.

·     CPA designation or an equivalent recognised accounting qualification.

·     At least five years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.

·     Strong technical accounting, control, accrual and month-end close capability.

·     Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP.

·     Experience across multiple entities, currencies or complex operating environments.

·     Sound judgement, clear communication and a practical continuous-improvement mindset.

·         A base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 dependent on candidate experience
