Key Responsibilities

Delta Electronics is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth within the Hyperscale, AI, Cloud, and Colocation Data Center markets. This senior-level sales position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies for some of the industry's largest customers while promoting Delta's comprehensive portfolio of Data Center Power and Thermal Infrastructure Solutions.

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, product management, field application engineering, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that address customers' evolving power and cooling requirements. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while positioning Delta as a strategic technology partner for next-generation AI and high-density data center deployments.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major Hyperscale, AI, Cloud Service Provider, and Colocation customers.
  • Own the complete customer relationship, serving as the executive-level point of contact across engineering, procurement, operations, facilities, and executive leadership.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across Delta's Data Center Power and Thermal Solutions portfolio.
  • Promote integrated infrastructure solutions including UPS systems, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Busway, Liquid Cooling, Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), In-Row Cooling, Rear Door Heat Exchangers, Precision Cooling, and related infrastructure technologies.
  • Build long-term executive relationships that position Delta as a preferred strategic supplier.
  • Lead complex, solution-based sales opportunities from early engagement through commercial negotiations, contract award, implementation, and long-term account development.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Delta's footprint by introducing additional products, technologies, and service offerings across existing customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Field Application Engineering (FAE), Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful customer engagements and project execution.
  • Influence customer technology roadmaps by introducing innovative power and thermal solutions that support AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and next-generation data center infrastructure.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, customer workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting process, and CRM documentation while achieving revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and customer investment strategies within the Data Center industry.
  • Represent Delta Electronics at industry conferences, customer events, and executive briefings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales bookings and revenue objectives.
  • Grow Delta's market share within assigned strategic Hyperscale accounts.
  • Increase annual revenue through both new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Secure design wins for integrated power and thermal infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop executive-level relationships across assigned customer organizations.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecast.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Successfully position Delta's complete Data Center infrastructure portfolio across multiple business units.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of strategic account management or enterprise sales experience within Data Center Infrastructure, Critical Power, Thermal Management, Electrical Infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with annual revenues exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Proven experience selling into Hyperscale, Cloud Service Providers, AI Infrastructure customers, Colocation providers, or Enterprise Data Center operators.
  • Strong understanding of Data Center electrical infrastructure, critical power systems, thermal management technologies, or mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Experience leading complex, consultative sales cycles involving executive leadership, engineering organizations, procurement teams, and operations.
  • Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage long-term strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and program management teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% throughout North America.


Pay Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
