Full Job Description
The Senior Account Executive - Ontario is responsible for supporting customer engagement activities, fostering strong relationships with OLG stakeholders, coordinating Ontario business growth initiatives, and supporting the successful implementation and operation of Intralot Canada's Ontario programs. The role works closely with the CEO and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations, operational execution, and business objectives.

Education, Training and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in general management, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or business or similar field of study; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Ten (10+) years of progressive experience in customer relationship management, business development, account management, sales leadership, or related functions within regulated industries.
  • Leadership experience in large customer environments, regulated industries, gaming, lottery, or technology services.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management, account development, stakeholder engagement and business growth strategies.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-management skills to effectively manage daily, weekly and monthly schedule with minimal direct supervision.
  • Interpersonal relations, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer, other peripherals, and software skills are associated with the position's requirements.
  • Strong customer relationship management, business development, cross-functional leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand lottery operations, gaming technologies, customer requirements and industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support customer governance activities, prepare executive reviews, coordinate strategic customer initiatives, and ensure appropriate follow-up of customer commitments and action plans.
  • Develop and support customer engagement initiatives, business development activities, and strategic presentations that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support training and onboarding activities for key customer accounts during implementation, transition and operational phases, as required.
  • Coordinate communication between OLG stakeholders, Intralot teams and key account participants on customer-related matters.
  • Support the execution of Intralot Canada's short and long-term business objectives, including Ontario growth initiatives and implementation readiness activities.
  • Understand and support management goals.
  • Understand and support Intralot Canada management policies; interpret and apply rules, policies, and standards to operations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and escalate strategic matters when appropriate.
  • Support local stakeholder engagement activities with customers, partners and industry participants within Ontario.


Employment Eligibility Verification

Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and Canadian employment eligibility.

Security Requirements

Submission to, and ability to successfully pass, all required background and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the applicable Provincial Lottery.

A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.

Special Requirements

Must possess valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
