About Team The TikTok Search Content Ecosystem team is responsible for building a scalable, and high-quality search content ecosystem. Our mission is to grow the supply of valuable, search-driven content by improving creators' understanding of Search, empowering them with the right tools and insights, and shaping sustainable content production behaviors - ultimately driving long-term growth of TikTok Search. Responsibilities: Creator Search Mindset & Capability Building - Drive creators' transition from passive distribution to intentional creation for Search - Build creator education frameworks, best practices, and content paradigms for Search creation - Partner with Creator, Content, Marketing, and Ops teams to establish sustainable growth Search Content Tooling (CSI) Growth & Optimization - Own growth goals for Creator Search Insights(CSI), from awareness to adoption and output - Improve conversion across the funnel: awareness - usage - content production - Continuously iterate tools and AI capabilities based on creator feedback and data insights Data-Driven Measurement & Iteration - Build and maintain core metrics for Search content ecosystem health (supply scale, quality, creator participation) - Use experiments, data analysis, and content diagnostics to validate strategy effectiveness - Evaluate Search content impact from a long-term ecosystem and business perspective Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Search, Content, Creator, Algorithm, Data, and Ops teams - Drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment - Balance short-term growth targets with long-term ecosystem sustainability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in product, program, or ecosystem-related roles - Strong understanding of content platforms, AI capabilities, creator ecosystems, or search/recommendation systems - Excellent problem-structuring and execution skills in complex environments - Strong data literacy and user-centric decision-making mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Search, AI capabilities, content supply, creator platforms, or creator tools - Proven track record in 0-1 or scaled ecosystem growth initiatives - Deep understanding of PGC/UGC creator behavior, incentives, and content production workflows - Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $374000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
