In this role, you will: - Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum and continuous improvement.
- Drive delivery across AI, data, cloud, and digital initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve delivery and alignment.
- Support roadmap, release, and quarterly planning.
- Provide clear executive-level status updates and delivery metrics.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, governance, architecture, and Responsible AI standards.
Who You Are: - 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Technical Project Management, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience supporting AI, data, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with architects and engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Databricks, IBM Enterprise Advantage, and Azure APIM is a plus.
