SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation initiatives from planning through successful delivery. In this client-facing role, you'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee multiple concurrent implementations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across multiple HCM modules.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining delivery quality.
- Provide regular project status updates and executive communications to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project governance and quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Experience delivering large-scale implementations across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC/ECP), Onboarding, and Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations with HR systems and related applications.
- Experience managing distributed project teams, third-party vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Strong SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) consulting experience.
- Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors SaaS implementation projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or Talent Management modules.
- 3+ years leading SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation projects.
- Experience mentoring project teams and sharing functional and technical expertise.
