Position Summary
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and support programs. This role will provide functional leadership, solution design expertise, stakeholder management, and guidance to project teams while ensuring successful delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead solution design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage functional workstreams across project lifecycles.
• Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution reviews.
• Develop functional architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Mentor functional consultants and analysts.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Support integration, reporting, and data migration strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including implementation leadership.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Proven experience leading global or large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery methodologies.
