SAP-BRIM Implementation / Project Manager

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

L2C Program

Job Description

Role

Subscription/SW: SAP-BRIM Implementation / Project Manager

Onshore / Offshore

Onshore

Job Description
HPE's acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company's history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking, with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet. This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform, replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

As part of a fast-moving, multi-year transformation, the team will stabilize near-term operations, migrate core platforms, onboard businesses and suppliers globally, and build new capabilities from the ground up. The choices made here will shape how the combined networking business operates for years to come. You will work closely with business leaders, IT architects, suppliers, and partner stakeholders on a program with direct executive visibility, solving integration challenges at a scale few companies ever attempt.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to help build a new business unit from its earliest days, rather than inherit someone else's systems. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale platform integration and cross-functional program leadership, with the kind of complexity and pace that can accelerate your career. If you want your work to have a visible impact on a company making a significant investment in its future, this is where that happens.

Workstream-Specific Details

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA) within the L2C program, from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and HyperCare.

  • Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI, and keep delivery aligned to the broader L2C roadmap and dependent workstreams.

  • Manage a cross-functional delivery team spanning HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources.

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, including forecast versus actuals, change control, and clear trade-off recommendations when priorities shift.

  • Own RAID management - proactively surface risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-workstream dependencies, and drive them to closure with the right level of escalation.

  • Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and the data migration streams supporting the combined HPE and Juniper portfolios.

  • Drive test strategy and execution across SIT, UAT, and performance testing, and govern defect triage and resolution to exit criteria.

  • Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and HyperCare, including business readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and represent the workstream in program governance and steering committee forums.

  • Ensure delivery meets applicable audit, SOX, security, and data privacy control requirements.

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree an asset.

  • 10+ years of IT project and program management experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem.

  • 3+ full-lifecycle SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing implementations in a project or workstream lead capacity, including at least one global rollout.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering subscription, consumption, or as-a-service monetization capabilities in a quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash context.

  • Experience managing blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and system integrator partners against fixed milestones and budgets.

  • Experience delivering within a large-scale business transformation, ERP migration, or post-merger integration program is strongly preferred.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP BRIM components - Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA - and how they integrate with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CPQ.

  • Working knowledge of integration patterns and middleware (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs) and of master and transactional data migration and reconciliation.

  • Strong command of end-to-end lead-to-cash process design: quoting, ordering, provisioning, entitlement, billing, invoicing, revenue, and collections.

  • Proficiency with hybrid Agile and waterfall delivery methods and supporting tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Power BI).

  • Financial acumen - building and defending a workstream budget, managing capitalization and forecast accuracy, and quantifying the impact of scope change.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and options for executive audiences.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed, multi-vendor environment without direct authority.

  • Proven ability to operate with pace and composure amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and shifting integration requirements.

  • Analytical, structured problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
