Job DescriptionAs a Salesforce Staff Engineer, you will be leading technical initiatives relating to SalesForce at LendingTree, promulgating best practices to the team. You will mentor more junior engineers, oversee integrations with internal and external systems and applications, and provide technical guidance for everything Salesforce at LendingTree.
You are responsible for the overall technical implementation of Salesforce at LendingTree. In this capacity, you will be making recommendations and providing input regarding apps on the app exchange, understanding business needs and designing and building solutions for those. You will be working with business partners to educate and to open them to all the possibilities of the Salesforce platform. You are both an advocate and an evangelist for LendingTree technology.

- Mentor and guide others on the team
- Know and be able to explain Salesforce capabilities that others may not be aware of
QualificationsRequirements:- 6+ yrs. of programming in Salesforce. 2+ yrs. at an architectural level
- Computer Science or closely related degree
- Extensive experience collaborating with the business side and then executing on what is needed
- A true expert in Salesforce
