In this role, you will connect the needs of customers from academia and industry with cutting-edge cryogenic technologies. You will develop and grow your regional business, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of our cryogenic measurement and positioning systems business across the United States.

  • Actively build and sustainably develop a regional customer base in both scientific and industrial environments
  • Manage existing customers and further expand long-term strategic customer relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within research institutes, universities, research centers, and industrial companies
  • Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing
  • Independently manage ongoing customer projects throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Conduct market analyses and continuously monitor relevant technology trends, research fields, and competitors
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, technologies, and customer value propositions
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations in close collaboration with Product Management and Application Specialists
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical consulting discussions regarding cryogenic measurement and positioning systems for applications in quantum research, nanotechnology, semiconductor characterization, and advanced materials research
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, workshops, and scientific events
  • Actively network within the scientific community and build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Application Experts, and Marketing to develop new market segments
