Hiring- Sales Representatives
Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
Department Hours: Mon-Sat: 9am-8pm and Sun: 10am-7pm

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.
What You'll Bring
1+ years of prior Automotive Sales Experience.
CDK/ADP experience.
Negotiation and closing skills
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
