Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Project Manager to join our ISC team. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and nurturing client relationships, leading scaffolding projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for calculating costs and gains, managing budgets, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving project profitability. You'll also focus on developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutions
- Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
- Consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Manage and delegate scaffolding projects from start to finish
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
- Perform sales activities and negotiate sales price and discounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience
- 5 -10 years of experience in the scaffolding field
- Business development/customer acquisition experience
- Scaffolding sales and/or field experience preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Unrestricted driver's license; ability to pass DMV check
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or an equivalent certification.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
- Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.
- Able to wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
- Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
- Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
- Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.
