Full Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to lead and build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments, understands consultative sales, and can translate complex offerings into clear market value.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, and ultimately driving revenue growth across enterprise clients. This is not a transactional sales role-success requires a deep understanding of the product, market positioning, and long-term relationship building.

• Build brand awareness and market presence in the U.S.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline creation to deal close
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise organizations
• Establish pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy
• Build and scale a high-performing sales team (AEs, SDRs, etc.)
• Partner with Marketing to develop demand generation and lead flow
• Implement sales processes, tools, and KPIs
• Drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally
Compensation
• Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
• Commission aligned to performance
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~ $350,000 - $400,000
