Responsibilities- Act as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers.
- Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow for customers.
- Balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance.
- Navigate outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel.
Requirements- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred).
- 3-10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership.
