Full Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build and run the enablement engine behind our global sales organization. In this role, you will turn product, competitive, and market knowledge into content and training that helps our sales teams sell Octoplant with confidence - covering positioning, new feature releases, competitive differentiation, and pipeline generation practices.

You will develop and maintain AI-assisted enablement tools (including an internal knowledge assistant) alongside traditional formats such as live workshops, onboarding programs, and playbooks, ensuring every seller across the organization has fast, accurate access to the knowledge they need.

As a partner to Sales Leadership, you will assess enablement needs across the organization, identify knowledge and training gaps, and develop individual and scalable programs that improve seller readiness, onboarding effectiveness, and ongoing professional development.

This is a remote position in the USA, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone. Periodic travel for in-person training and sales meetings should be expected.

Your Tasks

  • AI-Powered Sales Enablement: Build, curate, and continuously update content for our AI/LLM-based sales enablement tool, ensuring reps get fast, accurate answers on product positioning, features, and competitive differentiation. Analyze content usage trends and seller feedback to identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of AI-powered enablement resources.
  • Live Training & Facilitation: Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and certification programs for sales teams across the organization on product positioning, new feature releases, competitive intelligence, and pipeline generation best practices. Develop subject-matter expertise across AMDTs platform, market, and industry landscape to deliver high-quality, impactful training programs that increase product knowledge and sales readiness.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials in partnership with product marketing and product management.
  • Sales Content & Messaging: Develop and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and other collateral that translate product and market knowledge into sales-ready messaging.
  • Pipeline Generation Enablement: Train sellers on prospecting frameworks, qualification criteria, and pipeline generation practices - building knowledge and process fluency rather than coaching individual selling skills.
  • Onboarding: Own the new-hire ramp program for sales, ensuring new sellers reach productivity quickly through structured learning paths , hands-on training, and measurable proficiency milestones. Design and manage structured 30-60- 90 day onboarding and certification programs with clearly defined learning objectives and success criteria. Partner with Sales Leadership to align onboarding outcomes with role expectations and ramp goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership, and subject-matter experts across the company to keep enablement content accurate and current. Gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to identify emerging enablement needs, incorporate lessons learned, and continuously improve programs, tools, and content.
  • Measurement & Iteration: Track content usage, knowledge retention, onboarding effectiveness, certification completion , and enablement impact on pipeline and win rates; iterate on formats and content based on seller feedback. Develop reporting and dashboards to measure training participation, program effectiveness, ramp progress, and enablement outcomes. Analyze performance and adoption data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions that enhance seller readiness and productivity .
  • Sales Enablement Strategy & Planning : Assess enablement needs across the sales organization and develop quarterly enablement plans that align training programs, content priorities, and development initiatives with business objectives and sales leadership expectations.
