About the Role:The Regional Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for the preparation and delivery of Property Management (PM) sales materials across their assigned geography. Working alongside the Regional Sales Lead for their geography, this person partners with many facets of the business to support and develop next steps with new and prospective clients. The ability to listen and generate "story telling" product is essential for this role while working with internal constituents including PM Market Leaders, SMEs, national marketing, and product teams, etc. Fundamental requirements are the ability to develop, design and evolve client solutioning discussions and pitch opportunities, with the ultimate goal in driving growth across the respective region and in support of the PM business holistically, supporting multiple pursuits simultaneously, this role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, interface with clients, and curate compelling narratives to deliver excellent materials on a deadline.
What You'll Do:Sales Administration
- Acts as project coordinator through the prospecting and RFP phase, liaising with Regional Sales Lead and operations teams to drive solution development
- Conducts customer research and due diligence on prospects as required for solution development, creating information packs in collaboration with US Client Solutions (USCS) Client Intelligence
- Where applicable, for larger pursuits, liaise with clients on sharing, storage and analysis of highly confidential materials, scheduling workshops, running weekly SteerCo meetings and preparing relevant client engagement materials throughout the solutioning process
- In partnership with the Regional Sales Lead, complete handover documentation and reporting for the PMO and Transition teams after successful completion of sales efforts
Sales Enablement
- Partner with Regional Sales Lead and business SMEs to develop storyboards and narrative structure for proposals and RFP collateral. This will include attending client meetings to identify key themes and ensure they resonate across the various workstream responses.
- Complete full design work in a variety of mediums including InDesign and the full Microsoft Suite to create proposals and submissions in response to client requests across your assigned geography.
- Prepare, edit and review copy based on inputs from business SMEs to respond to client requests and RFPs. Identify gaps and inconsistencies in narrative to ensure a full and complete proposal is submitted.
- Leverage CBRE templates and tools to ensure deliverables are aligned to CBRE brand standards
Sales Community
- Actively contribute to sales enablement best practice libraries, evolving and enhancing the materials leveraged by the sales enablement community
- Attend training and development programs to improve awareness of PM products, services and tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with the CBRE central marketing and ensure alignment with CBRE marketing and brand standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with PM product owners and strategic partners

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience using InDesign and Finance Support Systems.
- Advanced communication skills communication skills enabling you to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
- Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sales Enablement Consultant position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sales Enablement Consultant position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
