Role Overview:

The Sales Development role is an integral member of the business development team responsible for driving pipeline growth and increasing sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, market research, and trade show participation. This hybrid role is based locally in Dublin, OH and focuses on developing qualified opportunities within the chemical industry. The successful candidate will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, support marketing and business development initiatives, andmaintaina strong pipeline within the CRM system. This position requires a solid understanding of commodity chemicals andNASiproducts, along with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and prospective customers.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 5+years of experience in chemical sales or a related field

  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and prospecting within the chemical industry

  • Working knowledge of the chemical industry

  • Experience conducting high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification activities

  • Knowledge of commodity chemicals and the ability to learn and communicate the value of manufacturedNASiproducts

  • Experience performing market research andidentifyingnew business opportunities

  • Ability to manage andmaintainsales pipelines and support business development activities

  • Basic experience working within a CRM system to add, track, and manage opportunities for the sales team

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $84,000 - $112,010. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
