RRP Consumer Programs Lead ManagerWhat will you do?You will develop the USA Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Consumer Activation Strategy by owning the end-to-end consumer journey and defining funnel "jobs to be done" to deliver JTI LIGGETT objectives.
Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor, heated tobacco products.
You will own consumer journey, lead omnichannel activation programs, source creative and media partners to deliver compelling consumer experiences (one-to-one, events) in collaboration with the RRP Brand Team and HRC & Events Team.
You will drive merchandising innovation and visibility in cooperation with the RMC (ready-made cigarettes) merchandising and commercial strategy teams. You will provide activation inputs to the RRP A&SP, deliver regular stakeholder updates, and build activation plans with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales, Finance, Corporate Affairs & Communications) and HQ.
Key Responsibilities- Build the RRP Consumer Activation Strategy for JTI LIGGETT
- Own the RRP omnichannel consumer journey; define funnel "jobs to be done", partner with Strategic Insights (SI) to generate necessary insights, guide Digital and HRC & Events on activation direction
- Lead design and delivery of activation programs; select creative/media partners, identify partnerships/sponsorships, manage external stakeholders, ensure seamless cross-touchpoint experiences for consumer
- Drive RRP visibility and trade activation in collaboration with RMC Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Retail/Chain Sales; strengthen retail partnerships and lead RRP presence at trade shows/events
- Own the activation budget; maximize ROI and manage phasing with Finance in line with local/global requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 6-8 years work experience in marketing or trade marketing roles
- Experience & understanding of USA consumers is advantageous
- Strong project management capabilities, combined with curiosity, a self-starter mindset, and high ownership
- People management experience and leadership skills
- Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across teams
- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
