Experience in quality assurance protocols and proactive issue identification

Oversee and manage 15-20 commercial roofing projects simultaneously
Directly manage crews of 15-20 employees, assigning tasks for efficiency

We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage production roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.
The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities
