As RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination for the Century City Primary, Immediate and Multi-Specialty Care clinic. The position is a combination of clinical (direct patient care) and administrative nursing responsibilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily clinical operations including supply management and workflow coordination to ensure efficient clinic performance.
- Provide triage support and direct patient care as needed to maintain safe and timely service delivery.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor clinical staff; conduct training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Support recruitment efforts including interviewing, onboarding, and developing new clinical team members.
- Work alongside providers and clinical staff on the floor, assisting with procedures, medication verification for MA staff, rooming patients, and conducting nurse visits.
- Ensure clinical workflows, processes, and equipment remain compliant, safe, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards in collaboration with Ambulatory Nursing leadership.
- Monitor operational efficiency to reduce overtime, decrease patient wait times, and improve overall patient, staff, and provider satisfaction.
Salary Range $ 132,300.00 - $307,100.00/annually

Required:
- Current California RN License
- BSN or MSN
- 3 years of recent RN ambulatory experience, preferably in an urgent care or emergency department setting (staff nurse/charge nurse/manager)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
