Shift Details: Weekends, 7-3 or 3-11
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs
- Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes
RN Supervisor Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
