Your Role: - Oversee daily operations of the oncology clinic, balancing administrative leadership with hands-on patient care.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, track outcomes, and optimize clinic workflows.
- Support staff certification and professional development.

Requirements - Current NYS RN license.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years oncology nursing experience and prior supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of oncology treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
