Registered Nurse.
WORK SCHEDULE- 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Day Shift, Mon-Fri 8H (7:30-16:00); (off holidays)
The Registered Nurse for the Regional Epilepsy Center works as part of a
multidisciplinary team to provide care for epilepsy and EEG patients.
This position is often the first contact point for patients.
• Act upon and triage calls as appropriate
• Appropriately document patient care per hospital and department policies
• Effectively communicate with patients and providers medical
issues/concerns
• Perform nursing assessments on patients having or have just had a seizure
• Perform necessary medical review
• Call patients with appointment discharge follow-up
Requirements:
*Active WA State (or applicable multistate) RN License.
*Minimum 2 years RN work experience.
*Neurology experience desired.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Compensation, Benefits and Position DetailsPay Range Minimum:$46.97 hourly
Pay Range Maximum:$87.02 hourly
Other Compensation:$1/hour BSN$1.25/hour nursing specialty certification
