Compensation & Benefits:- $85,000+ Depending on Experience

Schedule:- Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Includes Some After-Hours & Weekend Rotation
- On-Call Rotation Required
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teams
- Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
- Maintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practices
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Participate in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
- Serve as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse License in Georgia
- BSN Preferred
- 3+ Years of Management or Supervisory Experience
- Hospice, Home Health, or Oncology Experience Preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Required
