OverviewThe RN Clinical Analysis Coordinator partners with teams across Community Health System to evaluate, select and improve clinical products,equipmentand technologies.This role supports evidence-based decision-making, product standardization, and technology adoption to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care delivery.The ideal candidate brings inpatientand proceduralexperience along with anunderstanding of reimbursement, valueanalysisand supply chain processes to support informed, system-wide decisions.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead evaluations of clinical products,equipmentandnew technologiesto support safe and effective patient care.You9llcoordinate product trials and implementations, partnering withmultidisciplinary teams and vendorsto ensure a smooth process.Through analysis of product usage,costand outcome data,you'llidentifyopportunities for standardization, costsavingsand improved efficiency.You9llevaluate patient safety and clinical efficacy for substitute products for back orders, recalls etc.You will also support committees and decision-making groups by sharing insights, guiding productreviewsand driving improvements in how products and technologies are used across the system.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing(BSN) required
- 3 years direct patient care experience required
- 3 years leadershiporproject management experiencepreferred
- Surgical experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired
