What You'll Be Doing
As RevOps Manager, you'll turn our deep industry focus into predictable growth by making sure every tool, process, and piece of data helps Sales, Marketing, and CX win and keep the right customers.
Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you'll administer our revenue tech stack (Sales, Marketing, and CX tools), keep our CRM records enriched so Reps have high-quality prospecting data, and partner closely with senior-level stakeholders on revenue initiatives. You'll work hand-in-hand with our VPs of Marketing and Sales on the GTM lifecycle, and with our Head of CX on our increasingly sophisticated support, retention, and expansion motions.
Scope of the Role
Revenue Tech Stack: Administer HubSpot and our GTM tools (Gong, Nooks, Clay) and lead vendor evaluations and migrations, scaling the stack without adding tech debt. Be the first responder when a platform issue disrupts the team.
Reporting & Forecasting: Own pipeline reporting and the forecast so leadership trusts the numbers.
Data Quality: Keep CRM records clean and enriched so Reps have high-quality prospecting data.
Process & Automation: Spot inefficiencies and Rep blockers before they become critical, and fix them, often with AI and automation.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as systems lead on cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance, and drive adoption through training and documentation.
