Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, we're looking for a
Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that power our revenue engine. You'll be the operational backbone of our sales team - keeping HubSpot running well, making sure our pipeline data is trustworthy, and helping leadership make smarter decisions faster.
Responsibilities:- Own and administer HubSpot CRM, including pipeline configuration, workflow automation, custom reporting and dashboards, data hygiene, and integrations with our broader tech stack.
- Build and maintain reporting on revenue KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, and deliver regular updates to the CRO and senior leadership.
- Give the revenue team a complete, 360-degree view of each customer spanning product usage, engagement signals (support tickets, sales emails, marketing touches, and attribution), and contract data - so reps spend less time digging and more time selling.
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify and drive process improvements that reduce friction in the sales cycle and improve rep productivity.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure CRM governance, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across the organization.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, marketing, or related field
- Relentless curiosity around how customers use autonomous solutions to reduce the labor intensity of their operations
- 3-5 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related field
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience building workflows, automations, custom properties, pipeline stages, and dashboards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (primarily customer and field visits)

- Familiarity with the agriculture industry
- Experience in a hands-on startup environment

$125,000 - $145,000 a year
