Summary

We’re seeking an experienced, high-energy Revenue Enablement Professional with an engaging personality to elevate the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Your presence, voice, and coaching will strengthen readiness, alignment, and performance across diverse GTM audiences.

This high-impact role centers on dynamic group facilitation, high-intensity virtual workshops, structured 1:1 coaching, and targeted content design. You will also serve as a presenter for internal communications and occasional enablement podcasts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, hard-working culture that remains steady under pressure—approaching challenges with creativity, authenticity, and room for humor along the way.

If you are a magnetic presenter who loves developing people, driving interactive live sessions, and developing our GTM organization, this role is built for you.

Core Competencies

  • Dynamic Facilitation: Delivers high-impact, interactive learning experiences that keep energy high and drive real behavioral change in both virtual and live environments.

  • Strong GTM Coach: Builds immediate trust, breaks down complex customer and business interactions, and provides actionable, constructive feedback in 1:1 and small-group settings.

  • Engaging Presence & Presentation: Captivates audiences naturally, whether facilitating a workshop, running a readiness session, or hosting an internal podcast segment.

  • Driver Mentality: Proactively leads initiatives, moves with purpose, and connects enablement activities directly to measurable GTM and business impact.

  • Innovation & Agility: Brings fresh ideas to interactive program design, learns new concepts and solutions quickly, and adjusts based on participant feedback, stakeholder priorities, and performance data.

  • Solution Fluency: Quickly builds confidence with sophisticated concepts, asks thoughtful questions, and makes complex information practical and accessible for varied GTM audiences.

  • Accountability: Owns outcomes, measures coaching effectiveness, and follows through on commitments.

  • Collaborative Excellence: Partners seamlessly across the GTM organization with trust, openness, and shared ownership of success.

Core Responsibilities

1. Facilitation & Training (50%)

  • High-Energy Group Facilitation: Design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training sessions, role-plays, solution readiness, and multi-team enablement events.

  • Interactive Learning Design: Build sessions that prioritize active participation, hands-on practice, dynamic Q&A, and real-time application over passive listening.

  • Podcast Hosting: Serve as a host for internal enablement broadcasts and podcasts, spotlighting customer stories, GTM best practices, functional expertise, and organizational updates.

2. GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%)

  • 1:1 & Small-Group Coaching: Conduct structured coaching sessions with GTM professionals focused on customer conversations, discovery, value articulation, role-specific execution, and operating-model alignment.

  • Conversation & Performance Reviews: Analyze recorded customer interactions, practice sessions, and performance signals to identify skill gaps, provide timely feedback, and improve execution across GTM roles.

  • Role-Play & Readiness Certification: Lead scenario-based role-plays and readiness checks to ensure GTM audiences are prepared for critical business conversations and moments that matter.

  • Manager & Leader Alignment: Partner closely with GTM leaders to align enablement coaching with organizational priorities, audience needs, and business outcomes.

3. Strategic Content Development (10%)

  • Targeted Content Creation: Develop high-value enablement materials—such as playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive resources, customer narratives, role guides, and leader toolkits—beyond standard facilitation assets.

  • Platform Management: Curate and organize the Revenue Enablement content ecosystem to ensure resources are organized, accurate, and easy to navigate.

4. Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Impact Measurement: Utilize performance data and stakeholder feedback to measure program effectiveness, track skill adoption, and optimize future initiatives.

  • GTM Partnership: Collaborate across the GTM organization to translate complex capabilities, evolving solutions, and business priorities into clear, audience-relevant messaging and learning experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

  • Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills: Masterful at energizing diverse audiences, leading virtual training programs, and driving interactive discussions.

  • Strong Coaching Track Record: Hands-on experience coaching GTM professionals through skill development, practice sessions, and interactive 1:1 or small-group scenarios.

  • Targeted Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, polished GTM collateral beyond what is used during live training sessions.

  • Digital Fluency: Comfortable learning and using enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms to create scalable, engaging experiences.

  • Culture Fit: A collaborative, growth-minded team player who balances high accountability with empathy, resilience, and a sense of humor.
