Titre du poste: Responsable, gestion des connaissances

Responsabilités générales du poste : Gérer les mandats associés à l'environnement et aux applications de gestion des connaissances. Planifier et diriger des projets visant à assurer la conformité continue aux règlements et aux meilleures pratiques en gestion des connaissances (tendances mondiales, analyses comparatives de l'industrie, technologies émergentes, etc.). Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de gestion des connaissances de P&WC, du plan à long terme ainsi que des plans de mise à l'échelle et de déploiement.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Développer et maintenir la gouvernance, les normes et les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des connaissances à l'échelle de l'entreprise au sein des organisations d'ingénierie.
  • Gérer les processus d'archivage et de récupération de la documentation d'ingénierie, ainsi que la conservation des documents essentiels liés à la certification.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de technologie numérique et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise afin d'améliorer l'accessibilité, la qualité et la réutilisation des connaissances et de l'information en ingénierie.
  • Soutenir l'évaluation et la mise en œuvre de l'intelligence artificielle, de l'automatisation et des technologies numériques afin d'améliorer la saisie, l'organisation, la récupération et la réutilisation des connaissances en ingénierie.
  • Collaborer avec les autres équipes de gestion des connaissances de RTX.
  • Soutenir la publication de la documentation d'ingénierie et des livrables techniques.
  • Soutenir l'intégration des capacités de gestion des connaissances dans la gestion du cycle de vie des produits (PLM) et dans d'autres solutions numériques de l'entreprise.
  • Faciliter les activités de gestion du changement et d'adoption par les utilisateurs associées aux nouveaux processus et aux nouvelles technologies de gestion des connaissances.
  • Surveiller les tendances de l'industrie et les technologies émergentes afin d'améliorer continuellement les pratiques de gestion des connaissances et de recommander les capacités futures.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme collégial ou technique avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience, ou diplôme universitaire avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience.
  • Domaine d'études : Gestion de l'information, administration, informatique, ingénierie ou gestion.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et approche axée sur les processus.
  • Excellentes compétences en facilitation, en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.

  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Knowledge Management Lead

General responsibilities of the position:Manage mandates associated to KM environment and applications. Plan and lead projects aimed at ensuring ongoing compliance to regulations and to KM best practices (global trends, industry benchmarking, emerging techs, etc.). Contributes to the elaboration of PWC KM strategy, long range plan, scaling and roll out plan.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Develop and maintain enterprise Knowledge Management governance, standards, and best practices across engineering organizations.
  • Manage the process of archiving and retrieval of engineering documentation, as well for safeguarding of critical certification related documentation
  • Partner with Engineering, Digital Technology, and business stakeholders to improve the accessibility, quality, and reuse of engineering knowledge and information
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital technologies to improve the capture, organization, retrieval, and reuse of engineering knowledge
  • Collaborate with other RTX knowledge management entities.
  • Support publishing for engineering documentation and technical releases
  • Support the integration of Knowledge Management capabilities within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and other enterprise digital solutions.
  • Facilitate change management and user adoption activities associated with new Knowledge Management processes and technologies
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve Knowledge Management practices and recommend future capabilities.
