Job Description:- Oversees daily operations of the Metabolic Kitchen to support human nutrition research studies.
- Coordinates the preparation and delivery of research-designated diets according to study protocols.
- Develops and implements study-specific dietary procedures and menus.
- Manages nutrition staff, including scheduling, training, and supervising personnel.
- Maintains accurate records and compiles dietary data for research interpretation.
- Monitors quality assurance and documents appropriate checks during food preparation.
- Manages inventory, procurement, and storage of food and kitchen supplies.
- Prepares and manages budgets for the Metabolic Kitchen.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to execute research protocols.
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provides dietary counseling to research participants as required by study protocols.
- Participates in the planning and execution of research projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:• in Nutrition/Food Service Management
Work Experience:• 2+ experience in food service management [Required]
