ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for college seniors or master's students in their final year to join Bernstein's premier Equity Research team in our New York office. You will develop relationships across the investing community and over time become a thought partner to our clients. You will work closely with your team but also have a high degree of autonomy and independence. We have an outstanding Associate program and make a strong commitment to development. Summer Interns often join us for full-time Associate roles after graduation, and full-time Research Associates often advance to Senior Research Associate positions and/or go on to graduate school. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at Bernstein, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
