Two years or more of related RN experience within the last five years

Job Description
The incumbent will utilize the nursing process to assess and identify the individual needs of Marin Neurosurgery non-surgical and surgical patients and navigate them through surgical preparation on what the patient should expect pre-operatively and post-operatively. The incumbent's primary role will be to provide clinical support to all Marin neurosurgery patients and physicians at the Marin neurosurgery clinic. This individual supports the standards of the policies and procedures of the Marin Neurosurgery Faculty Practice and is responsible for compliance with all UCSF Ambulatory Services and Medical Center policies and procedures for infection control, safety, administrative and clinical practice.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the knowledge and abilities essential to the performance of stated behaviors. Carries out legal responsibilities within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act. Accountable to the NURSE SVC SUPV 2 for overall work performance.
