POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Vice President of Field Operations has full operational and P&L responsibility for a large portfolio of highly profitable entertainment venues across their region. This role translates enterprise strategy into regional execution - driving revenue, maximizing cash flow, developing senior leaders, and delivering the kind of guest experience that keeps families coming back. The VP is a coach, operator, and strategic integrator who ensures consistency, excellence, and alignment across every territory and every route operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Execution & Guest Excellence

  • Oversee operational strategy and performance across all centers in the region, holding TOLs, Route leaders and their teams accountable to brand standards, Optimal Player Conditions, labor performance, game uptime, merchandising, and guest experience metrics.
  • Review regional KPIs and business intelligence; launch coaching, corrective plans, or innovation pilots as needed.
  • Partner with enterprise support teams to deploy new tools, processes, and standards across the field, and lead major initiatives including remodels and companywide operational rollouts.
  • Drive a winning approach to delivering superb guest experience, every visit, every time.


Talent Leadership & Organizational Culture

  • Build and sustain a high-performing team of TOLs, General Managers, and Techs; develop future executive leaders through direct coaching, succession planning, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within.
  • Translate FEG's purpose and values into consistent leadership behavior across the region.
  • Lead structured regional team calls, site visits, and leadership development forums to drive alignment, engagement, and growth - maintaining a regular field presence and coaching leaders in the moment during peak periods and high-volume seasons.
  • Coach to engagement survey insights and ensure each TOL and Route leaders has action plans to improve morale, retention, and team effectiveness.


Financial Oversight & Growth Enablement
  • Own full regional P&L performance including sales growth, labor optimization, expense control, cash flow, and EBITDA; lead Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Lead execution of merchandising, pricing strategy, local marketing execution, and field activation of national promotions.
  • Ensure each TOL executes structured labor planning routines and reviews payroll performance weekly.
  • Support new site openings, renovations, and expansion decisions with market expertise and field feedback.


Cross-Functional Influence & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strong working relationships with strategic venue partners; act as the regional point of contact to manage mutual business goals.
  • Represent the region in national meetings, strategic planning, and board-facing performance discussions.
  • Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders across HR, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to shape company strategy and bring it to life in the field.
  • Cascade weekly messaging and ensure alignment through regional leadership meetings, internal newsletters, and cascading calls.


Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH

  • 8+ years of progressive multi-unit, multi-leader operations experience across a large geographic region - entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage preferred.
  • A demonstrated track record of sustained sales growth, operational consistency, and strong P&L performance at regional scale.
  • Advanced financial acumen including regional P&L oversight, strategic budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization.
  • A genuine track record of developing senior leaders and building management pipelines - not just managing headcount.
  • The ability to translate company strategy into sustained field-level execution, with strong communication skills and executive presence to influence at all levels of the business.
