You'll build and lead Service Center teams that deliver on our brand promises while directly influencing company policies as a member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting to the president.

Qualification ProfileThis role requires the individual to have 5+ years of experience with commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
- 4+ years as a Service Manager at either a dealership or independent
- Strong technical experience - prefer former technician
- Preference given to individuals with Class A or B CDL
- Lead and direct business unit responsible for delivering year over year growth.
- Ensure consistent process execution at all locations.
- Deliver financial results consistent with assigned targets.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent that live the values and deliver the brand promises.
- Ensure that all facility, vehicles, and staff are in compliance with company standards.
