Full Job Description
This position is for a full-time Regional Property Supervisor to work at Crescent Park (378-unit) and Nevin Plaza (140-unit) in Richmond, CA. These are HUD and Tax Credit properties. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ years of multi-site property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Must have a current California Real Estate Sales License or be able to obtain one within nine months of hire. Must have strong supervisory experience. Salary range: $90,000.00 to $148,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $90,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. POSITION OVERVIEW The Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fiscal, physical and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties. This includes the supervision of staff, the review, explanation and reporting of financial reports to the supervisor, partners and outside agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES 3 Acts as Liaison between site and central office, conducts monthly meetings 3 Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio 3 Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments 3 Responsible for maintaining desired financial benchmarks, monitors and analyzes monthly financials for each property in portfolio 3 Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site, responsible for maintaining physical assets 3 Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers and all other site staff QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. One year of multi-site property supervision. Some experience in affordable housing, which may include HUD, Tax-Credit, RHCP,and/or work with a Housing Authority. Experience in communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e., HUD, TCAC, RHCP),partners, ownership boards, and senior management. OTHER REQUIREMENTS 3 Must have valid driver's license and DMV clearance. 3 Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements 3 Must have current Real Estate license.
