Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 3-4 multifamily communities within our 15-property Dallas market.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing strong teams, driving financial and operational performance, maintaining high property standards, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
- Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, retention, and revenue performance
- Review budgets, financials, expenses, and property performance
- Conduct regular property visits and ensure company standards are maintained
- Develop strategies to improve performance and resolve operational challenges
- Oversee staffing, training, accountability, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of Regional Property Manager experience
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven success overseeing multiple communities and developing teams
- Strong financial, budgeting, analytical, and operational skills
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Dallas-area communities
