Full Job Description
OVERVIEW: The Regional Engineering Manager will join the Water/Wastewater team in Dallas or San Antonio, Texas. McKim and Creed has an impressive array of water and wastewater projects across Texas and this role will continue to build on our solid foundation of success.

DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL:
  • Grow and develop client relationships in Texas with a primary focus on the municipal water, wastewater and water resources market. Win and grow new business.
  • Staff recruiting, retention, and management.
  • Maintain profitable operations, expand current revenue, and meet revenue growth goals.
  • Manage project team members and other production staff members.
  • Manage projects and provide technical guidance as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a Texas PE or ability to quickly obtain a Texas PE through reciprocity.
  • 10 plus years of proven experience in project, client and business management for state and local government and private sector clients managing water supply, treatment, storage and distribution and wastewater collection conveyance and treatment.
  • Demonstrate past success in maintaining existing client relationships and building new client relationships.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the business of consulting engineering and the leadership and business development skills to expand our market presence in the water and wastewater sector.
