What You'll DoAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll help Roboflow build a fast, thoughtful, and organized hiring process across sales, customer success, marketing, engineering, product, customer facing technical roles, and operations. You'll partner closely with the People team, hiring managers, recruiters, external search partners, interviewers, and candidates to keep searches moving and create an excellent candidate experience.
This is a high leverage role for someone who is extremely organized, clear in communication, and excited to help build recruiting systems from the ground up. The work you do will directly influence how quickly Roboflow can hire exceptional people and scale the team.
Success in this role means candidates feel taken care of, hiring managers and recruiters have the information they need, interviews happen smoothly, feedback loops stay tight, and recruiting data and processes become more reliable over time.
• Own interview coordination across priority searches, including scheduling, rescheduling, calendar logistics, interviewer reminders, candidate communications, and follow ups
• Create a polished, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience from first interview through final stage
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners to keep active searches organized and moving quickly
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby
• Help prepare interview plans, candidate packets, scorecard reminders, hiring manager updates, and weekly search health materials
• Track recruiting process blockers, delayed feedback, scheduling issues, and next steps
• Support weekly search health meetings by helping prepare agendas, notes, action items, and follow ups
• Help create and improve recruiting workflows, templates, checklists, documentation, and reporting
• Support offer and onboarding logistics in partnership with the People team as needed
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to candidates, interviewers, recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders
Who You Are- You're an organizer, communicator, and operator who thrives in fast moving, ambiguous environments. You combine high attention to detail with strong judgment, urgency, and care for people.
- 1 to 3 plus years of recruiting coordination, talent coordination, People Operations, executive assistant, operations, or other high volume coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can represent Roboflow thoughtfully with candidates and internal partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving pieces without dropping balls
- Comfortable working across calendars, time zones, competing priorities, and last minute changes
- High ownership and follow through. When something is unclear or blocked, you proactively drive it forward
- Strong judgment around candidate experience, confidentiality, urgency, and internal communication
- Bias toward speed and clarity. You move quickly while keeping people aligned
- Comfortable reminding busy people to provide feedback, make decisions, and keep processes moving
- Experience with ATS workflows or recruiting tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, GoodTime, Calendly, or similar systems
- Comfortable creating lightweight processes without making things bureaucratic
- Curious about technology and excited to help build a company at the center of AI and computer vision
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
Where You'll WorkRoboflow's team is distributed across the world. We currently have Hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore, and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities. We provide opportunities, like team onsites in different cities, and resources, like a $4000 per year travel stipend, to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote team members. What You'll ReceiveTo determine your compensation, we use a number of market and data driven salary sources. We review compensation every six months to ensure we remain aligned with the market.
We are open to exceptional candidates across multiple experience levels, from strong recruiting coordinators to more experienced recruiting operations partners.
The target base compensation for this role is
$75,000 to $95,000, with additional equity compensation.
Compensation, title calibration, and scope of ownership will be determined based on demonstrated capability, expected impact, and the needs of the business.
