We9re growing quickly and adding a second Recruiter to our Talent team. We9re looking for someone who takes real ownership of every search, someone who stays a step ahead, keeps hiring managers informed without being asked, follows up with candidates quickly, and knows how to create momentum when a search gets tough.
This is a high-impact role with a lot of variety and visibility across the business. You9ll partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to find and close exceptional talent across executive, sales, engineering, and operations roles. You won9t just manage reqs, you9ll help us raise the bar for who we hire and how we hire as Revivn continues to grow.
What You9ll Do- Own the full-cycle recruiting. Manage searches from kickoff through close across executive, GTM, operations, facilities, engineering, product, finance, and more, balancing a high volume of roles without sacrificing quality.
- Build your own pipeline. Use LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, cold outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to find great candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers. Understand what each team needs, develop strong job descriptions, build thoughtful search strategies, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.
- Be a thought partner. Develop a strong understanding of Revivn and our teams so you can bring your own point of view, challenge assumptions, and help leaders think through what they actually need.
- Create a great candidate experience. Build genuine relationships with candidates, move quickly, communicate clearly, and make sure people know where they stand throughout the process.
- Raise the hiring bar. Look beyond checking the boxes on a job description to identify people who have the skills, mindset, and values to be successful at Revivn long term.
- Create a Culture of Recruiting. Help make recruiting something the entire organization participates in. Partner with leaders and employees to build their networks, generate referrals, identify great talent, and create a culture where we9re always thinking about who we want to work with next.
What We Are Looking For- Relentless Ownership: You can9t let a role sit. You update hiring managers before they ask and chase feedback the same day, treating every search like it9s personal.
- Business Influence: You learn the business deeply enough to have a point of view. You9re comfortable pushing back when an ask doesn9t make sense and can influence both hiring managers and candidates.
- Builder Mentality: You know how to build a pipeline from scratch. You9re comfortable with outbound sourcing and don9t rely on inbound applicants to fill your roles.
- High Standards. You care about getting the right person, not just closing the req. You balance urgency with a high bar and are willing to keep searching when the right candidate isn9t there yet.
About You- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of functions and levels. You9re comfortable switching from an operational search to a technical or senior-level search and learning what great looks like for each.
- You9ve successfully managed a high volume of open roles and know how to prioritize competing searches while keeping hiring managers and candidates informed.
- You9re comfortable sourcing and engaging passive candidates and have experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and an ATS such as Greenhouse.
- You thrive in a growing, changing environment where priorities can shift quickly. You stay organized, communicate proactively, and don9t need someone reminding you what needs to happen next.
If this sounds like you, apply! If you don9t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we9d still love the chance to review your application.
At Revivn, we prioritize transparency about our salary throughout the entire recruitment process. Be prepared to chat about compensation on your initial screen so that we can ensure alignment. If salary expectations and ranges are out of sync, we believe it is kind to respect everyone9s time and may discontinue conversations.
But, here at Revivn, we ALSO believe in investing in the lifetime value of each individual we meet and interact with. (We love knowing good humans and supporting them in whatever they do). We know that if it isn9t a good fit at the moment, it doesn9t necessarily mean that it won9t be a good fit in the future as we both continue to grow! We work to remain in contact with prospective candidates if the recruitment process ends early on.
For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
The base range for a Recruiter is expected to be between
$85,000 and $100,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
