Recruiting Lead in
Fremont, CA. As a
Recruiting Leadyou will:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to attract, hire, and develop top talent while setting goals and performance expectations.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Improve recruiting operations by optimizing the ATS, tracking hiring metrics, implementing automation, and streamlining processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and build strong partnerships with staffing agencies, schools, community organizations, and other talent sources.
This is a
full time, temp to hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR and recruiting experience, including 3+ years managing recruiting teams in engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Proven success recruiting hourly and salaried employees and developing talent attraction strategies.
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting metrics, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws, hiring best practices, and manufacturing industry recruiting.
Pay Rate: $96,000-$123,000 annually
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
