Full Job Description
About the Role
Scribe is scaling fast, and we need a Lead Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across our Engineering, Product, and Design org. You'll own searches end to end, from sourcing strategy through close, and partner closely with hiring managers to make sure every hire raises the bar.
This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of their pipeline, brings a strong point of view on what great candidates look like, and wants to do the most meaningful work of their career at a $1.3B company with real momentum.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruitment for EPD roles across a range of levels, including some Scribe hasn't hired for before
Partner closely with hiring managers to build role scorecards, calibrate on what "great" looks like, and keep pipelines moving
Build and run multi-channel sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive talent analysis to develop strong passive pipelines
Track your own pipeline data and flag bottlenecks early - with recommendations, not just status updates
Sell candidates on the full picture: our product, the upside of joining now, and where things are headed as our roadmap and AI capabilities evolve
Communicate fast and proactively with hiring teams and candidates - you flag what's changing before someone has to ask
What We're Looking For
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup, ideally through a period of significant headcount or revenue scaling
Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed strong passive technical talent
Closed EPD candidates and can speak to how you assess and differentiate top talent
Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and uses data to drive decisions
Curious about AI - you use it in your own workflow and can talk credibly to candidates about where the product and the market are headed
Nice to Have
Seen scale through a Series B or C tech company
Familiarity with recruiting for AI or developer-focused products
Location
Hybrid. Based in San Francisco. We work from the office 3 days per week.
Compensation
All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe. Final offers depend on experience and scope.
Benefits
Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
Flexible paid time off and company holidays
401(k)
Paid parental leave
Daily catered lunch (SF office)
Commuter benefits
Home office stipend
