Full Job Description
Hall Render is currently seeking a skilled Real Estate attorney with at least 5 years of commercia leasing experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated leasing matters with a particular focus on the health care industry, including hospital-physician arrangements, medical office building and portfolio leasing transactions. This position is open in the Indianapolis, Milwaukee, or Troy, MI office, and can be full- or part-time.

We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction where you reside (additional state licenses a plus).
  • Practice commercial real estate law for a minimum of 5 years, with extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial leases. Experience with ground leasing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to issue-spot, with attention to detail and consistency across complex lease documents and related agreements.
  • Experience managing a variety of commercial real estate transactions from letter of intent to closing.
  • Proven ability to manage lease and other commercial real estate transactions from term sheet through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently.
  • While this intended to be a full-time position, we are open to candidates needing a part-time schedule.
