The Opportunity:
The Quality Systems Analyst maintains and improves CACI’s Quality Management System (QMS). A key role contributing to defining, managing and execution of an effective QMS. Primarily responsible to ensure compliance with industry standards AS9100 / ISO9001 and customer requirements, manage documentation and command media, quality software, analyze performance data, and execute or coordinate internal or external audits to drive continuous business improvement.
Assist in developing quality related process metrics and key process indicators (KPI’s). Support data capture processes and systems to provide data synthesis, analysis and reporting with the goal of identifying process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective QMS auditing program supporting successful process compliance and improvements. Ensure command media effectiveness and compliance while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Perform QMS audits based on AS9100, ISO9001, customer and internal requirements. Plan, communicate, and clarify the purpose and scope of audits to responsible departments. Collect and analyze evidence to determine whether processes being audited produce quality products and meet the requirements of the business.
- Monitor and track corrective action plans to ensure timely and effective resolution of compliance discrepancies.
- Collect quality data, run root cause investigations, and build performance reports or dashboards for leadership.
- Analyze quality performance and collaborate with the business to develop improvement plans for the identified problem areas.
- Support external audits by managing schedules and readiness, supporting audit execution and post audit activity to ensure continued certifications.
- Partner with cross functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and operations, etc) to train staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is cooperative and supportive of customers, co-workers, and managers
- Perform other duties as necessary or appropriate to the position.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001and Quality Management Systems with experience supporting internal, external, or customer audits and audit readiness activities.
- Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes.
- Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools for developing metrics and KPI’s.
Desired:
- ASQ Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience participating in or leading Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and evaluate data and processes.
- Desire to learn and master new material.
- Strong drive and sense of ownership.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
