Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent training required.
• Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification, or equivalent, required.
• Strong working knowledge of ASME Section I, NBIC, and related codes governing construction and repair.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in welding, inspection, and quality control in power plant environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Construction Site Quality Managers across active projects.
• Evaluate and improve quality programs and processes continuously.
• Ensure that the organization is staffed with qualified quality personnel.
• Conduct audits and evaluations at job sites and suppliers.
• Oversee compliance with customer specifications and Code requirements.
• Manage the corrective action process for nonconformances and track quality-related costs.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
