Qualifications

  • Manage the corrective action process for nonconformances and track quality-related costs.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

Lead Quality Excellence on Critical Power Generation Projects Nationwide

We9re seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead our quality organization, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellence across multiple project sites nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing quality programs, developing field quality teams, and ensuring compliance with ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements.

What You9ll Do
  • Lead and mentor Construction Site Quality Managers across active projects.
  • Oversee corporate ASME, NBIC, and AISC quality programs.
  • Drive quality performance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry codes.
  • Support welding, NDE, inspection, and quality documentation activities.
  • Build and develop high-performing quality teams across the organization.
  • Partner with customers, suppliers, Authorized Inspectors, and project teams to resolve complex quality challenges.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of quality, welding inspection, and quality control experience in power generation or industrial construction.
  • Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME Section I, NBIC, and related codes.
  • Experience with boilers, HRSGs, pressure parts, and outage/construction projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple project sites.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project and supplier locations as needed.
